DraftQ (“the App”) is operated by Terrain Strategies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address, username, and password. Your password is encrypted and stored securely through our authentication provider (Supabase). We never have access to your plain-text password.
Usage Data
When you use the App, we collect information about your activity, including teams you select, picks you submit, groups you join, and your scores. This data is necessary for core functionality.
Automatically Collected Information
We may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and general location (country/region level).
How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide core features (pick submissions, leaderboards, groups, consensus).
- Display your username on leaderboards and within groups.
- Generate shareable pick sheet image cards.
- Improve performance and user experience.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Your username and pick data are visible to other authenticated users through leaderboards, groups, and consensus. This is a core feature.
Data Security & Cookies
Data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only — no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You may update your account information or request deletion by contacting us. The App is not intended for children under 13.
