Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App unlawfully.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Interfere with functionality.
• Use bots or automated tools.
• Impersonate others.
• Use offensive usernames.

We may suspend or terminate violating accounts.

User Content

By submitting picks, you grant us the right to display your username and pick data on leaderboards, in groups, in consensus views, and in aggregate statistics.

Scoring & Leaderboards

Scoring is based on rules described within the App. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free scores. We may correct errors or adjust rules if necessary. Leaderboard rankings are for entertainment only.

No Gambling

DraftQ is a free prediction game for entertainment only. No real money, prizes, or wagering involved. Nothing in the App constitutes gambling.

Intellectual Property

The App design, code, and content (excluding NFL team names) is property of Terrain Strategies LLC, protected by copyright.

Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. Terrain Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed $0 as the App is free.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
